TERMS OF USE
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services. By creating an account or generating a license, you agree to be bound by the following conditions:
1. License Expiration (Free Plan)
Licenses generated under the Free Plan are valid for a period of one (1) year from the activation date. After the expiration date, the license will be deactivated unless renewed in accordance with the terms in effect.
2. Support Policy
Technical support is provided exclusively for licenses with a valid and active expiration date. We do not provide assistance for expired, revoked, or suspended licenses.
3. Account Integrity & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent Data: Accounts created with names, surnames, or emails that are clearly fake, test-oriented, or fraudulent will be deleted without prior notice.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts created more than one (1) week ago that have never generated a license are subject to permanent deletion.
Unactivated Licenses: Any license generated but not activated on a website within one (1) week of creation will be automatically removed from our system.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any misuse of the plugin. This includes, but is not limited to, site crashes, data loss, security vulnerabilities caused by improper configuration, or conflicts with third-party themes and plugins. The user assumes full responsibility for the implementation and testing of the software.
5. Prohibited Activities
Redistributing, reselling, sub-licensing, or reverse-engineering the plugin is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts and licenses without the right to a refund or support.
6. Service Compatibility
While we strive for maximum performance, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function seamlessly with every third-party software or all hosting environments.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email provided during registration. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
